Collections and made-to-order sets have a processing time of 3-5 days after the order is confirmed.
Ready-to-ship sets on the other hand have a processing time of 1-3 days after order confirmation.
Please this does not include the shipping timeframe. After your order is placed a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail. Please contact help@empressofopulence.com, with your order number and name if you check and still no confirmation mail. For Rush orders, your order will be moved ahead of everyone that didn’t pick rush orders prior. Processing time for rush orders is 2-3 days.

Port Harcourt: Standard delivery is 2-3 days; Express delivery is a day which inquires extra cost.
Other cities: Standard delivery is 4-7 days depending on your location; Express delivery is 2-3 days which inquire extra cost. Next-day delivery is only available for Lagos and Abuja and it inquires an extra cost.

Rush order deliveries are standard except stated otherwise.
